  1. To grasp the concept of habits and how they are triggered.
  2. To explain the interplay between Cue, Routine and Reward in regards to habitual actions and how to adjust to make healthy changes.
  3. To understand the role of willpower in habit formation.
  4. To explain the benefits and importance of a breakfast meal for athletes and non-athletes.
  5. Using the Simple Start program, create a food tracking program that will reduce frustration and lessen the occurrence of setbacks, as well as remove factors that trigger bad nutritional habits.
