Fun to approach S&C from a heart rate perspective

Coach Bewley is an excellent resource and was very helpful in applying this course material to my specific work environment. I found the course most useful in learning how to use the Polar monitor, interpreting the data, and applying that information to programming/testing for my athletes. I think this course caters more towards the high school or college performance settings.
