1. Purpose and Scope
This Subscription & Digital Access Policy describes the purchasing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and access conditions applicable to eligible Critical Reload digital subscriptions, educational programs, recurring product orders, and other designated services.
This policy supplements Critical Reload’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable agreements.
Not all Critical Reload products or services are subscriptions. The terms applicable to each purchase depend on the product, the selected payment arrangement, and any separately executed agreement.
The specific price, billing interval, renewal status, and material conditions disclosed during purchase form part of the applicable transaction.
2. Recurring Subscriptions
Certain Critical Reload services may be offered as recurring monthly, annual, or other subscription plans.
Where a product is expressly identified as automatically renewing, the customer authorizes Critical Reload to charge the selected payment method at the disclosed recurring price and interval until the subscription is canceled or otherwise terminates.
The applicable renewal conditions, billing amount, cancellation process, and any material restrictions will be disclosed before the customer authorizes recurring billing.
Critical Reload will not treat a nonrecurring purchase as authorization for future recurring charges.
3. Fixed-Term Digital Trials
Certain Critical Reload digital products may be offered through short-term paid trials or other fixed-duration access arrangements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer:

Access begins according to the purchased offer.

Access remains available for the specified trial period.

Access expires automatically when that period ends.

The purchase does not automatically renew.

The trial does not automatically convert into a recurring subscription.

No additional recurring payment is charged as a result of the trial ending.
Customers who wish to continue access after the trial expires must complete a separate purchase.
4. Critical Reload Stream
Critical Reload Stream may be purchased through an annual subscription.
Where automatic renewal applies, the renewal price, billing frequency, and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Cancellation of an automatically renewing subscription stops future renewal charges, subject to the applicable billing and cancellation terms.
The period during which content remains accessible after cancellation depends on the terms of the purchased plan.
Stream content is licensed for authorized use and is not transferred into the customer’s ownership.
5. Edge Certification and Included Stream Access
Qualifying Critical Reload Edge Certification purchases include an initial period of Critical Reload Stream access as described in the applicable offer.
The validity period of a certification is separate from the duration of its included Stream access.
Expiration of the included Stream access does not, by itself, shorten the certification’s stated validity period.
Continued Stream access after the included period requires an eligible renewal or separate purchase under the conditions disclosed in the applicable offer.
A bundled purchase will not automatically convert into an additional paid subscription unless automatic renewal has been expressly disclosed and authorized.
6. Subscribe & Save Product Orders
Critical Reload may offer eligible physical products through recurring Subscribe & Save purchasing arrangements.
Before enrollment, the applicable offer will disclose the product price, discount, shipment or order frequency, recurring billing conditions, and cancellation method.
Customers may cancel future recurring orders in accordance with the disclosed terms and applicable law.
Cancellation may not reverse an order that has already entered processing or shipment.
Any applicable modification deadlines, refund eligibility, and return conditions will be disclosed through the relevant purchasing terms.
7. Institutional and School Licenses
Certain Critical Reload programs, including Under The Lights, may be sold under separately executed institutional license agreements.
These arrangements may provide fixed-term, lifetime, or other specifically defined rights.
An institutional license is not automatically a recurring consumer subscription.
The applicable institutional license agreement governs the scope of authorized use, institutional eligibility, personnel changes, content access, transfer restrictions, and other program-specific licensing conditions.
Where a signed institutional agreement and this policy expressly address the same subject differently, the institutional agreement will govern that subject to the extent specified by the parties and permitted by law.
8. Cancellation and Billing Support
Customers may request assistance with billing, subscription management, or cancellation through Critical Reload’s published support channels.
Where an online subscription is offered, Critical Reload will provide a cancellation mechanism consistent with applicable law and the terms disclosed during enrollment.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund of previously completed payments.
Refunds, credits, access termination, and outstanding obligations are determined according to the applicable purchase terms and governing law.
Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable consumer rights.
9. Changes to This Policy
Critical Reload may revise this policy as its products, services, and legal obligations evolve.
Material changes affecting existing recurring billing arrangements will be communicated, and renewed consent will be obtained, where required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy do not automatically modify the expressly negotiated terms of an existing institutional license agreement.
