So Jeremy, what is this idea with this leadership component? What does this all mean to you?

Yeah. When we talk about leader versus manager, here’s the first thing that comes to mind. It’s this quote from Carl Jung, grandfather psychologist. And here’s what he said. He said, “When two personalities meet, that’s like combining two chemical substances.” Right? And what are the outcomes there? It’s either bond and connect or what? Explosion.
