Hey guys. Joining me today is Jeremy Boone. You know him well, we’ve talked about him in the first two sessions. Jeremy is a great friend, great coach with Winning Leader Academy, Athlete By Design. Honored to call him my friend. But we’re here today to talk specifically about leadership. Now I know it says “leadership is greater than management.” We’re going to dive into that topic, but we all want to be leaders, right? We’re all in coaching because of the call of leadership. So we need to identify that a little bit. We’ve walked through coaching identity, we’ve walked through mission, and developing your core values, and living by those. But in order to do that, got to be really great leaders.
So we’re going to have a little chat, a little conversation about what that means, hold us accountable to growing as leaders.
