  • Learn the 10 DWMA Screen Exercises and how to globally pinpoint movement limitations in each.
  • How to utilize DWMA with your exisiting warm-up and introduce it to your athletes.
  • Discover the anatomical concept of the Kinetic-Chain and its linked pattern to human movement.
  • Illustrate how the kinematic system allows the movement of one joint to affect the action of another joint.
  • Delineate how joint mobility gets influenced by both joint structure and flexibility.
  • Explain joint mobility and segmental stability and how they dictate movement within each body segment.
  • Define how inefficient movement patterning can limit performance and enhance the likelihood of injury.

Requirements

  • You will need a computer, smartphone, or tablet with an internet or wifi connection to take this course.
  • There aren't any particular educational requirements for taking this course.
  • You do NOT need a degree in kinesiology to utilize the DWMA system.
  • DWMA's ease of use is a consistent endorsement from those with less secondary knowledge of human movement mechanics.
  • While DWMA's simplicity makes it qualified for the masses, individuals with expertise in human kinematics can also use it in advanced settings.
