Here are the talking points for coaches to announce at the start of a training session to a group of athletes in the weight room, organized from Monday through Friday. These talking points aim to educate athletes on the critical role of strategic nutrition planning, including meal planning and nutrient timing, in supporting their training, performance, and recovery. By understanding how to personalize their nutrition plans and address any dietary gaps, athletes can optimize their health and athletic outcomes.

Monday – The Importance of Meal Planning and Nutrient Timing

Wednesday – Crafting Your Meal Plan: Beyond a Fixed Schedule

We’ll discuss strategies for adapting meal plans to fit your unique needs and preferences.”

Understanding these gaps will help us make informed choices to fill them effectively.”

Friday – Implementing Strategic Nutrition Planning for Athletes
