Perfect Tool For Coaches

Most of the time, when we research nutrition online, it can be very overdone and tough to understand. I enjoy the easy-to-follow approach of the Critical Reload course. No matter what kind of position you hold in coaching, nutrition is constantly being asked about by athletes and parents. Having something like this in my arsenal will be very beneficial!

Simple and Fun

I really appreciate the simplicity of this course. The way it’s constructed makes it super easy to follow too. The Nutrition Calculator was super fun! I’ve never found my body composition with such ease. Not to mention, how nice it was to get a week-long meal plan that’s tailored to my specific needs.

Nutrition Meets Application

The Critical Reload course is a great tool to use with athletes. I really liked the calculator function. I was impressed with the immediate meal plan that was created. One of the biggest gaps in nutrition application is translating macros into the athlete’s actual diet. Too often we hear “I am eating well” but this is purely a subjective interpretation of one’s diet. The meal plan is a great way t
