A Prayer for Our Nation on Election Day
Lord Jesus Christ,
Today, we come before you as a nation, humbling ourselves in faith. We ask for your blessings and guidance during this pivotal time. Lord, we trust in you. We offer to you everything: our leaders, our president, and our beloved country. May you guide them with wisdom, inspire them with compassion, and instill in them a desire to serve the common good. We pray for unity in the face of division, love over hate, and peace above all else. Jesus, we trust in you.
Through your love and grace, we know we can find hope and strength even in the most challenging of times. We give it all to you, confident that with you by our side, we can move forward in faith, compassion, and resolve. Today, as votes are counted and voices are heard, let your will guide us all.
